01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the deon55 platform — whether through the website at deon55.app, the mobile app or any other interface provided by us — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the deon55 platform, including registered account holders and any person who browses the platform without creating an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the deon55 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. deon55 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your own payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Providing false or incomplete verification information will delay or prevent payment.
• deon55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically the fastest.

deon55 does not accept payments made on behalf of another person. Any funds deposited from a payment source not registered in your name may be returned and your account may be suspended pending review.

All bets placed on the deon55 sportsbook and all stakes placed in casino or slot games are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet or spin before submitting it. deon55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are processed in real time — any bets accepted after a relevant event (a wicket, a goal) are still valid unless a technical error can be demonstrated.
• deon55 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event with clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or data error.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems embedded in the game software by the respective studios. deon55 cannot influence individual game outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the deon55 platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance.

• Registering more than one account under any combination of names, emails or devices.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit consent and formal verification.
• Any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting intended to guarantee profits or exploit the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any form of financial fraud.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Impersonating another person or entity in any communication with deon55.

deon55 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any activity that appears to constitute financial crime will be reported accordingly.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the deon55 platform — including but not limited to the deon55 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content and graphics — is the intellectual property of deon55 or its licensors and is protected accordingly.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from deon55.
• Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to deon55 for use on the platform.
• Scraping, data extraction or systematic copying of platform content by automated tools is prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

deon55 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and platform performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

• deon55 is not liable for any loss of winnings, deposits or data resulting from technical failures outside our direct control.
• deon55 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through normal gameplay — these are inherent risks of participation that you accept by registering.
